This research paper aims to manifest the different aspects of a registered nurse. The respondents are the licensed registered nurses who are currently working in a private hospital. What written here in this research was based on the answers of the respondents in the survey and in the interview that is relevant  to the materialization of the study.

    

   The method that is used in this study is qualitative research. The researcher used narrative analysis to gather narrated experience of the participant about their profession that will generate qualitative data for the research study. Qualitative research is an approach where the respondents need to answer some question in paragraph form and also personal interview to used for collecting more data.

 

   The datas that have been gathered are analyzed by the researcher and called as a qualitative data. According to the result, being a registered nurse is  difficult because the nurses are responsible for the lives the of sick people. They have a big responsibility to take care of them. They may not be a doctor but they know what it feels like to lose a patient.

 

   The researcher recommends the future researcher of the same topic to have some more respondents to gain more information.To be a registered nurse, the reader needs to encounter different challenges and struggles. The researcher wants the reader to use this study as a guide to their success to become a registered nurse in the future.
