The researcher gathered data through her primary and secondary source. The researcher learned many things from this research paper. She was able to confirm some of her assumptions and found out that some of them are wrong. Back then, she thought that being a nurse will be easy and she thought that if she become a registered nurse she could get a job abroad and earn a lot of money.

The researcher was not wrong at some point but thinking that being a registered nurse was easy is not right. After she gathered the data from the primary source, she then realized that being a nurse comes with a responsibility. Before becoming a registered nurse there is a board exam that is needed to get a license. And a few only passes that exam, some nurses took six times of retaking the exam before they could become a registered nurse.

The researcher now knows the advantages of being a registered nurse like after you passed the board exam, you’ll be a registered nurse. But if you don’t pass the licensure exam you will not be a registered nurse and you won’t be able to apply in all the hospitals.

Even she knows how hard it is she will still pursue this dream of her.
