RESULTS

The first question is “What's it like being a registered nurse?” The first respondent said that it is really fun because making other people happy is really a fun thing to do. And she said that it is also scary for her because the lives of the patients depends on how well you do your job at work. She said that being a nurse is hard but even though it is a tiresome and a hard work, it pays off by the patients happiness and smiles especially when they go to you just to thank you for taking care of them while they were sick.

The second respondent said that being a nurse is really hard for him because he's not yet fond  of all the works because he is just starting. He really hates to write reports on what they are doing in their job. He still a fresh graduate that is why he is starting to get experience from his seniors. Even though he's too lazy for his work, he is doing what he can to do better at his job because he knows that the lives of the patients depends on how well they do their job.

The second question on the survey is “On scale of 1-10 how happy are you in your job?” The first respondent’s answer is 8 because she said that this job of her is perfectly for her, she loves babies and taking care of other people will ease your pain and all your stress and problems will go away.

The second respondent answered 5 because he is still unsure about the fun part in being a nurse and it is still hard for him to cope up with everything.

 

The third question on the survey is “How many hours do you usually spends in your work for a day?” The first and second respondent’s  answers are the same, it is 8-10 hours

 

The fourth question on the survey is “What is your monthly income as a  registered nurse?” The first and second respondent’s answers are the same  as well because they are working at the same hospital.

 

The fifth question on the survey is “What are the challenges that you encountered when you was still a nursing student?” The  first and second respondent’s answer is the financial problem because nursing is also expensive, she also answered the board exam because based on what the researcher found, board exam of nursing is really hard.

The fifth question on the survey is “What are the major subjects in nursing?” The first and second  respondent’s answer is that  there’s too many subjects in nursing  and that they don't remember it all.

 

The sixth question on the survey is “What are the skills and talents that is required for this profession?” The first and second  respondents answer is patience and knowledge, and nurses needs to be responsible for their actions.

 

The seventh question on the survey is “How do you overcome the emotional challenge of someone dying during your duty hours?” the first respondents answer is it really is hard for her at first, but as time passes by she got used to it already. The send respondents answer is that hes just new in that kind of work so it is really hard for him to adjust.
